At MissBakery, every batch is baked fresh based on our rotating weekly menu.

• ✨ New flavors drop every Friday at 3 PM (ET)
• 🛒 Shipping orders are accepted from Friday through Thursday at midnight
• 🍪 All cookies are baked fresh to order
• ⚡ Quantities are limited each week

📦 SHIPPING DAYS

All shipping orders are baked fresh and shipped every Monday.

We currently ship nationwide across the United States, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii 🇺🇸

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

• 📍 Austin, TX — 1 business day
• 🇺🇸 Other U.S. states — 2–3 business days
• 🏝️ Puerto Rico & Hawaii — please allow a few additional business days

🚛 SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship through trusted carriers to make sure your cookies arrive safely and fresh.

• 📦 UPS handles continental U.S. orders
• 📬 USPS handles Puerto Rico shipments

Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number via email or phone.

📍 LOCAL PICK-UP — ROUND ROCK, AUSTIN TX

Local pickup is available every Friday from 12 PM – 6 PM.

The pickup address is also included in your confirmation email and product details.

🛵 LOCAL DELIVERIES

We also offer local delivery service within the Round Rock and Austin area.

• 📍 Delivery fees are calculated at checkout
• 🚗 Availability depends on your location

⚠️ IMPORTANT PICK-UP POLICY

Can’t make it to pickup day? Don’t worry — we’ll gladly help coordinate another pickup time after Friday’s pickup window has passed 💕

• ⏳ Alternate pickup arrangements are not offered before Friday
• 📦 Orders not picked up within 2 weeks will be discarded without refund

💌 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & FLAT RATE SHIPPING

We offer flat-rate shipping whenever possible.

However, some remote areas, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes may require additional shipping fees.

If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you with two options:

• 💳 Pay the shipping difference
• ❌ Cancel your order for a full refund

🫶 We never charge additional fees without your approval.

⏳ SHIPPING DELAYS & CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

Once your package has been handed to UPS or USPS, delivery timing is managed entirely by the shipping carrier.

While most orders arrive exactly as expected, occasional delays may happen due to:

• 🌧️ Weather conditions
• 🚚 Carrier routing delays
• 🎄 Holiday shipping volume
• ⚡ Unexpected transportation issues

Because these situations are outside our control, MissBakery cannot offer refunds, replacements, or store credit for delayed packages.

If a package is officially declared lost, we’ll gladly help you file a carrier claim.

📍 ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Shipping labels are generated automatically using the exact address entered at checkout.

MissBakery is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to:

• ❌ Incorrect addresses
• 🏢 Missing apartment/unit numbers
• ⚠️ Incomplete shipping details

If a package needs to be reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.

🍪 MINIMUM ORDER POLICY

Our minimum order is 4 cookies.

Every batch is handcrafted and baked fresh to order, allowing us to maintain the premium quality and experience MissBakery is known for ✨

🔥 COOKIE CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Our cookies stay fresh for up to 1 week when stored sealed in their original packaging.

🍫 To enjoy warm:

• ⚡ Microwave for 10 seconds
• 🔥 Or reheat at 350°F for 5–8 minutes

❄️ To freeze:

Store sealed cookies inside an airtight container for up to 2 months.

Reheat frozen cookies at 350°F for 8–10 minutes until warm in the center.
